She was so kind, thoughtful and lovely and sent me pictures and updates throughout their time together, including even a highlights video of what they had been up to! We are thrilled that we found Friends For Pets. They have become a very important part of our precious dog's life and have provided her with safety, stability and love through some very difficult (and happy) times! Lucy and her team in Bristol are the best ever and we wouldn't use any other daycare or dog walking company. FFPs provide a service that is just like being at home, ensuring Dora gets to have loads of enriching fun with kind people and dogs her own size. As pet parents, it is so important to us to know that the pet carers are animal centred and first aid trained. They don't take loads of dogs at once and Dora has always been able to meet other dogs first and become familiar with them before we make a booking. The pet carers use their own homes and gardens so Dora truly feels at home which is wonderful. Crucially for us, the pet carers at FFPs treat Dora as one of the family, with love and kindness, just as they would their own animals. They have been able to mirror Dora's own, at home routines in their own homes, even allowing Dora to share their bed when she's stayed over. This has made a massive difference to Dora, and us, during stressful times like moving house, where stability has been so important. Dora has made friends for life at FFPs and adores her carers and her doggy pals. In the last year, we have moved home twice and Dora has had some serious health worries. FFPs were there for us throughout, offering flexibility, support and genuine care and compassion. Thank you so much FFPs!!!

I just wanted to thank you for setting up a sitter for my dogs. They are both large breed and they have a definite love hate relationship. It’s the first time we’ve ever left them too but it all worked out really well and I was more than happy to leave my dogs with a lovely lady called Sue. I had some gorgeous pictures of them by msg and I could concentrate on my sons wedding without worrying.

We have been using Friends for Pets for nearly 3 years now and couldn't ask for more. They are brilliant with our 2 dogs and take great care of them. One of our dogs is a rescue dog and can be nervous around other people and dogs, this didn't worry our pet carer and they have been very patient with her. Our dogs love going for walks with their pet carer and it is lovely to hear how they have enjoyed their walks or to receive a picture. We have total trust in all at Friends for Pets and have faith that our dogs are safe with them. They have become part of our family and we wouldn't trust our dogs with anyone else.

Friends for Pets has been a absolute blessing for both my beautiful Frenchie and me!!! Having tried other dog sitting services and having negative experience as my dog has extreme separation anxiety.. Friends for Pets offer an excellent bespoke service... It’s has given me total peace of mind.. My dog absolutely loves staying with her sitters she is totally a member of their family... I would be lost without the Friends for Pets they are the very best...

Anna was with Helen yesterday and we were quite anxious for both of them. When I arrived at Helen's after work, Anna was clearly very settled and happy which was so good to see, as well as a huge relief! Helen said she had taken a couple of hours to settle once James had dropped her off but that was a lot less time than we had anticipated knowing what she's usually like with new situations. So both Helen and Kelly have worked really well! A big thank you for setting this up and we look forward to it continuing!

I just wanted to write to say thank you introducing me to Kelly, she is lovely and the dogs had a great weekend, I got updates and photos and it seems they got on really well with Buddy and she said she didn't want to give them back. So thank you we will definitely send them to her again.

Chandra was just brilliant, the cats were very well looked after whilst we were on holiday. Will definitely use FFP again.

When all other avenues failed, friends for pets - at short notice - found me a lovely lady to look after my cats. I went on holiday knowing that they were in good hands and came home to find them all very happy and well fed + a diary to tell me their movements. I shall be using friends of pets in future.

I used Friends for Pets South Bristol as I needed a pet sitter for my cat over the Christmas period and for a short break over new year. The gentleman I initially spoke to over the phone was very helpful and the lady who came out to my house was lovely. The service is good value for money and they were very accommodating to the needs of my elderly cat! I am using them again this Christmas and am confident that they will be my go-to pet sitters from now on!

I use Friends for Pets to look after our cats if we are going away. The service is great and very professional. I was even asked well in advance of Christmas if I'd need any visits around Christmas and New Year just so I could be scheduled in! I appreciate the reminder and personal service.

Friends for Pets Dog Boarding have been great for my troubled Staffie/Patterdale Terrier cross Dex. Gill looks after him and although she has seen him at his worst she is still willing to look after and love him to bits whilst he stays with her even though he is a difficult case to look after and deal with.

Deborah looked after my cat Max - which is not an easy task. She updated me on how he was and I'd trust her anytime - great service. Really appreciated!

Lucy has been performing a home service and looking after our three cats for almost 2 years. She is friendly and personable and is great to come in at relatively short notice. Our kitties are so happy and comfortable with her that we woulldnt have anyone else. When we get back I am not sure that they have even noticed that we have gone!

We have boarded our beloved golden retriever Bruce with Friends for Pets for 35 days in the past 12 months, and have been very satisfied with the professional levels of service provided to us. Bruce clearly gets the stimulation and attention needed for a young dog, and can’t wait to get into his ‘second’ home when dropping off.

I am VERY happy with the service Friends for Pets has provided. Nuala is absolutely WONDERFUL. Scamp loves it at Nualas and I am very reassured by the fact that I know that she will always give him the highest level of care and lots of affection to go with it! It is nice to know that he is in good hands and that he will be safe and exceptionally well cared for when I drop him off. I must note that both of you have also been extremely helpful on all occasions and have continued to provide a very professional service. Before choosing yourselves, I looked into a lot of agencies in the Bristol area and you were by far the most helpful and efficient when it comes to customer care and assistance. I will definitely be continuing to use your services in the upcoming months and your pet company will certainly be recommended to anyone and everyone I know with a pet!
